When building the Light Travel Trailer, Highland Ridge uses their TuffShell™ lamination process, making your walls stronger and more reliable than the competition. Our molded front cap with led lighting and stone guard protection gives the Light Travel Trailer a high-end look, while protecting the unit from road debris.  The Open Range Light is built with the Magnum Roof™ System with the PVC Roofing Membrane, making the roof fully walkable and resistance to tears and punctures. A standard feature is the Xtend Solar I Package, perfect when wanting to camp off the grid and still have the full function of your camper. When ending your day, you can relax and watch your smart entertainment HDTV or turn in for the night by closing your roller night shades and cozy up in your residential style king size bed. The Open Range Light Travel Trailer is feature heavy, but lightweight – giving the best of both worlds.

Extend Your Camping Season

Our elaborate heating systems are designed to direct heat where it’s needed most and to keep air flowing properly. We add insulation in the roof, floor and in the underbelly where a dedicated duct allows for continuous heat flow near tanks. This creates an incredible amount of effective insulating (on select models only*).

* To prevent freezing and damage, our RVs should be winterized if they will be exposed to temperatures that will fall at or below 32°F (0°C). Highland Ridge's limited warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing.
