Introducing the Pathfinders program by Jayco Family of Companies—an exclusive ambassadorship that spans across Highland Ridge and our three other renowned brands. For the past three years, our Pathfinder program has been thriving, and now is your chance to join the adventure!
Pathfinder Program Overview
Application Process:
- Summer: Application opens for any Highland Ridge RV owner.
- Fall: Applications are reviewed, and final candidates are contacted.
- End of Year: Jayco Family of Companies’ Pathfinders are announced.
- January: Brainstorming process begins, including content ideas, camping season planning, and meetings with our Ambassador Specialist. New Pathfinders are then welcomed to the Jayco Family of Companies’ Pathfinder family!
- Spring: Official launch of the new year’s ambassadors.

This is a contract from January to December, annually.
Content creation can include:
- Written blogs
- Photography
- Short-form videos
- Instagram takeovers
- Social Media posts on Instagram and Facebook
- Event attendances
- Public relations opportunities
- And more!
Even if you’re currently an ambassador for another outdoor brand, we still encourage you to apply.
Requirements to Become a Jayco Family Pathfinder
- Ownership: Own an RV or motorhome from the Jayco Family of Companies. This includes Jayco RV, Entegra Coach, Highland Ridge RV or Starcraft RV.
- Activity: Be actively RVing in the year you are applying to become a Pathfinder.
- PR Openness: Be open to PR opportunities.

Pathfinder Responsibilities:
- Advocacy: Utilize your platforms to advocate for Jayco Family of Companies and the broader RV community.
- Expertise: Become an expert in Jayco Family of Companies’ initiatives, values, mission statement, and marketing campaigns.
- Engagement: Engage with and highlight Jayco Family of Companies’ content and fellow ambassadors.
- Content Creation: Produce multimedia content (social, written, video, photography) throughout showcases and supports the RV lifestyle.
- Representation: Be an active representative of the Jayco Family of Companies’ brand.
- Creativity: Showcase creativity across different social and content platforms.
- Audience Growth: Grow and extend your audience reach through media and PR on Jayco Family of Companies’ social media and digital platforms.
- Product Development: Have a direct line to Product Development teams.
- Events: Join us at exclusive events and shows.
- Discounts: Have the ability to upgrade or purchase new RVs at a discounted rate.
